What is the Crowell Promotional Products Storefront to be used for?
This Crowell Promotional Products Storefront is to be used to order items for clients and firm events. It is not to be used to purchase personal items.
Who manages this e-Store?
The Crowell Promotional Products Storefront is managed by a third-party vendor, Pride Products. If you have any questions or need help with a custom order, please contact Pride Products at crowellcompanystore@pride-products.com or 973-564-6300 x109, 8:30am - 5:30pm ET Monday - Friday.
If I need to order a large quantity of something on the Crowell Promotional Products Storefront or I don’t see something on the Crowell Promotional Products Storefront:

What if I want to add a tagline, change the logo, or change the imprint color on an existing product we have in the Crowell Promotional Products Storefront?
All items have been pre-approved by the Crowell Marketing Team. If you want to place a special order, please contact Crowellcompanystore@pride-products.com. All special orders must be approved by the Crowell Marketing Team and must follow the Brand Guidelines [Brand Guidelines].
What if there is not enough inventory to fulfill my order?
If there is not enough inventory to fulfill your order, you and the Crowell Marketing Team will be notified and then the Crowell Marketing Team will decide if it wants to restock the inventory. You always have the option to contact customer service at Crowellcompanystore@pride-products.com or 973-564-6300 x109 to place a special order. Certain minimums may apply. All special orders must be approved by the Crowell Marketing Team.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with either a GL or CAM Code. Please add your Crowell GL/CAM Code into the required field with the exact format: CAM Format: 000000.0000000 or GL Format: 00-00-000-000-00000.
Are we charged shipping for orders placed? What if I want to upgrade shipping?
Even though the cost of shipping is not visible on the Storefront, it will be charged to your GL/CAM Code. Please choose Standard Shipping unless you need it sooner. Any special shipping requirements can be requested through the contact form under Contact Us on the home page.
What Shipping Address should I use?
Please always fill in your shipping address completely before submitting your order.
Where is the merchandise shipped from?
All merchandise that is in inventory is shipped from the Fulfillment Center in North Carolina unless you place an order for an on-demand or a custom item.
What if I want to send my order to multiple locations?
You must place a separate order for each location.
How will I know if my order shipped?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order after you have placed the order. You will then receive an email confirmation with your tracking information the morning after your order ships.
How long will it take to get my order?
For items in inventory, please allow 48 hours counting business days for an order to ship out plus shipping time from North Carolina. If the item is not in inventory, please allow approximately 15 - 20 business days.
After I place an order, may I change or cancel it?
Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel orders as they are processed right away.
